At Cakey Blinders, all of our bakes are made fresh to order and carefully packaged to ensure they arrive in the best possible condition.
Due to the perishable nature of our products, we are unable to accept returns.
If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or there is an issue with your delivery, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving your order with your order number and a photo of the problem. We will always do our best to put things right, which may include offering a replacement or refund where appropriate.
Please ensure that the delivery address provided at checkout is correct. We cannot take responsibility for orders delivered to an incorrect address supplied by the customer.
If your parcel is delayed by the postal service, we unfortunately cannot guarantee delivery times once the order has been dispatched, but we will always help where we can.

Shipping Policy
At Cakey Blinders, every order is freshly baked to ensure the best quality and taste. Because of this, we allow time to prepare and bake your treats before they are dispatched.
Dispatch Days
Orders are dispatched on Monday, Wednesday, and Friday.
To allow enough time for baking and preparation, please allow up to 2–3 working days for your order to be made before it is shipped.
How It Works
Orders placed before Monday will be dispatched on Monday.
Orders placed Monday–Tuesday will be dispatched on Wednesday.
Orders placed Wednesday–Thursday will be dispatched on Friday.
Orders placed Friday–Sunday will be dispatched on the following Monday.
All bakes are carefully packaged to protect them during delivery and are sent using a tracked postal service where possible.
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive confirmation and tracking information (if applicable).
Please note that delivery times are estimates provided by Royal Mail and may occasionally be affected by delays that are outside of our control.
